Our monthly money management package is customizable to the needs of your business. Additional services and financial reporting can be added on for super-boxed numbers.

  • The base fee includes categorizing transactions for up to three bank/credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online on a cash basis, and monthly reconciliations of these accounts.
    Base fee increases:
    - Accrual Accounting
    - Additional accounts
    - Unlimited Classes
    - Receipts attached to each transaction
    - Splitting revenue from 3rd party payment apps like Stripe.
    - Non-automated payroll journal entries
    - > 500 transactions per month

  • Paying your bills weekly or bi-weekly up to 20 bills per month and maintaining vendor relationships in QuickBooks Online. Love Bill.com? We love it too and we're happy to offer you our Accountant Discount.
    Base fee increases:
    Got more bills? No problem! For a higher rate, we can expand this service to accommodate as much bill-pay as you need.

  • Preparation and sending of basic invoices as needed, up to 20 invoices per month. The base price increases if you need more invoices prepared per month and/or if you have more involved invoicing needs (such as numerous rounds of edits or a complicated revenue process that requires tracking outside of Quickbooks Online).

  • We’ll also send you a report once a month on overdue invoices and work with you to develop a process for following up on them so you get paid!

  • This is optional, but we highly recommend it, as we’re super fun! We’ll schedule a monthly Zoom or in-person meeting at your convenience to review the past month’s finances together.

  • Workers compensation audits, 1099’s

Additional Consulting

Extra meetings or tasks outside the scope of the monthly billing items listed above are billed at $150/hour. Quick check-ins are always welcome and not billed separately — this applies to recurring meetings (e.g., weekly team calls) or substantial additional requests.

Seamless Payroll Support— From Trusted Providers

Using a third-party payroll administrator like ADP or Paychex, we’ll handle the heavy lifting: onboarding new employees and contractors, collecting all required employment documents, and ensuring your payroll system is set up correctly. We’ll run payroll on schedule, give you advance notice, and step in to resolve any issues if the payroll provider drops the ball.
