The base fee includes categorizing transactions for up to three bank/credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online on a cash basis, and monthly reconciliations of these accounts.

Got more bills? No problem! For a higher rate, we can expand this service to accommodate as much bill-pay as you need.

Preparation and sending of basic invoices as needed, up to 20 invoices per month. The base price increases if you need more invoices prepared per month and/or if you have more involved invoicing needs (such as numerous rounds of edits or a complicated revenue process that requires tracking outside of Quickbooks Online).

We’ll also send you a report once a month on overdue invoices and work with you to develop a process for following up on them so you get paid!

This is optional, but we highly recommend it, as we’re super fun! We’ll schedule a monthly Zoom or in-person meeting at your convenience to review the past month’s finances together.

Workers compensation audits, 1099s

Extra meetings and other tasks not included in monthly billing items above @$150/hour. We won’t nickel and dime you for quick check-ins - this is for if you want us to attend recurring weekly meetings with you and/or your staff.

If your business is profitable, let us take care of the timing. We will pay all your bills on time and never overdraw your bank account. We also include a cash projection so you can estimate your future bank balance months in advance. The model we use can be replicated to play with different scenarios like hiring.

Organizational budget creation and monthly budget to actual reporting with cumulative variance explanations.

Payroll (with a 3rd party payroll administrator such as ADP or Paychex). We will onboard new employees and/or contractors into your payroll system and liaise with them to make sure all required employment documents are collected. We can run payroll, give you a heads up and help if the payroll company makes mistakes.

Do you need reports beyond a monthly Profit and Loss? We’ve got you. We offer Budget to Actuals, Cash Projections, Balance Sheets, and Custom reports.

Sales tax calculation and payment (in Massachusetts). We are happy to learn the process for other states!

Work with consultants? We are happy to file your 1099s for you.

We draft an organizational budget by month for you based on historical spending and organizational trends.

Cleaning up prior periods - starts at $500/month.
