I’m so glad you’re here!

If you ever need support keeping your books organized, gaining clarity on your numbers, or freeing up time to focus on growing your business, I’d love to help support your business.

Jennifer Voiles, MBA

A little bit about me…

The first half of my career was spent working for large corporations where I held various positions within the finance, accounting, operations, and planning functions.  After dedicating 20+ years to the biotech and healthcare industries, I decided that I wanted to change my path and use my skills and experience to make a direct impact in our local communities.  For the past few years, I have been working with nonprofits, biotech start-ups, small businesses, and individuals, providing services such as bookkeeping, financial analysis, planning, office management, organization, database administration, and life skills coaching.

I love helping businesses and individuals to achieve their financial goals, so they have more time to focus on the big picture.  Organization, problem-solving, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives are my passions.  I am thrilled to be a part of this experienced team of professionals and look forward to assisting our clients with building strong financial systems which enable them to thrive and prosper.

Let’s definitely stay in touch!
